Materials purchased on this website will be accessible through a link that you will receive by email instantly, once payment has been processed.

REFUNDS / PAYMENT MADE IN INSTALLMENTS:
No refunds are available, except for fees paid for events cancelled by the organiser. In the case of cancelled events, the Client agrees that the responsibility of the organiser is limited to refunding the fees paid for the cancelled event. Fees for cancelled events will be refunded within 3 working days.
All payments are nonrefundable should the Client later decide not to use the purchased material or not to participate in the program. Should the Client not complete full payment, access to all program materials and proprietary materials of DOUMBOUYA SILVANA PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA will be revoked.

In the event that DOUMBOUYA SILVANA PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA terminates this Agreement, DOUMBOUYA SILVANA PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA agrees the Client is not obligated to make any remaining payments for the program materials and access to the program content and proprietary materials of DOUMBOUYA SILVANA PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA will also be revoked upon agreement / contract early termination.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
DOUMBOUYA SILVANA PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA reserves all ownership rights to the program materials. Other than for their individual use, the Client agrees to not share, copy, alter, distribute, disseminate, or sell the materials for either commercial or non-commercial purposes.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT:
Both DOUMBOUYA SILVANA PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA and the Client agree to not take any actions, make any statements, whether oral or in writing, that negatively impact the other party’s business, services, products, or reputation.

APPLICABILITY OF MATERIALS / PROGRAMS AND PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS
None of the materials on this website is suitable for people with psychological or emotional problems.
DOUMBOUYA SILVANA PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA cannot be held accountable for any actions that the Client took during or after the use of any practices described in materials, events or other programs offered by DOUMBOUYA SILVANA PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA.
