Prepare to write (preferably with pen on paper, not on a device). Set a timer for 10 minutes and write everything that you think you want. Try to relax – this is an exercise in clarity, not the beginning of monumental efforts to get all of those things. Did you finish writing within 10 minutes? Or would you have needed more time to add all you could think of to the list? What might that mean for you?
